Course Payment Policy

Cooling Off Period & Refunds: Westmeria College provides a 14-day cooling-off period prior to the stat of the course, whichever comes sooner from the date Westmeria receives your deposit.  The cooling-off period starts when you receive your acceptance email from us confirming receipt of your deposit. If you do cancel, any monies received from you up to this point will be refunded in full within 10 working days. However, after 14 days, or the start of the course, whichever comes sooner, no refunds will be made, and you will be liable for the course fee for the year.
